All EOP students are assigned to counselors who provide academic and personal support throughout their undergraduate experience at California State University, Fresno . Students are required to meet with their counselor at least once during the semester.

The TRIO Student Support Services Program (SSSP) provides undergraduates with academic support, financial aid literacy/education, and graduate school preparation support to ensure every individuals’ successful retention and graduation. We also provide supplemental grant aid to eligible students who are active participants and have a financial need.
TRiO Student Support Services-Disabilities (SSS-D) for students with disabilities at Fresno State, is a college retention and graduation program, which helps students develop the academic skills and personal development necessary to successfully pursue and complete a college degree. Students who maintain a good academic status will be a part of the program until they graduate from Fresno State.
To provide academic support services to assist undergraduate participants to remain in college and reach the goal of graduation.

Clubs and Organizations
One is able to learn the traditional dances associated with the Aztec culture. During the entirety of the practices/meetings one will be able to learn the cultural aspect of our ancestors by following the traditional dances step by step and also by learning meaning and significance of each step. Some basic language will be learned through time as well as other various instruments that have a role in the entire cultural ceremony.

NEUM Native American Student Association is a cultural club open to all students. We host and attend cultural and community events to help raise awareness of the Native American community on and off-campus.

The Fresno State Native American Alumni Club became an official club of the Fresno State Alumni Association effective July 1st, 2014. The club’s primary purpose is to raise monies to establish and maintain an on-going scholarship endowment available for prospective Fresno State students of Native American origin. The club also provides on-going support and mentorship for current students, as well as advocates within Fresno State to ensure that Native American students have access to the resources necessary to successfully graduate from Fresno State. Current Native American students at Fresno State are encouraged to come to an alumni club meeting to share your ideas and network with Native American graduates currently working within a variety of industries and leadership roles.
The American Indian Faculty and Staff Association at Fresno State is an organization for Indigenous employees at the University.
Mujeres Activas en Letras y Cambio Social is a professional organization for self-Identified Chicana, Latina, Native American/ Indigenous Women And Gender Nonconforming, Academics, Students And Activists.
Health and Well-Being
Our on-campus advocate provides free, confidential advocacy (including crisis assistance) services to Fresno State students, staff and faculty members. They are a certified victim advocate and domestic violence counselor trained in providing advocacy assistance and support.
